delivery and returns information
All our orders are shipped at a Flat Rate:
- Standard Shipping - $12.95 Australia Wide
- Express Shipping - $24.95 Australia Wide
- Over Night to Katherine, Northern Territory - $20.00
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over $200, or
- FREE DELIVERY for delivery within a 50km radius of Bees Creek, Northern Territory, when spending $50 or more.

You will find the carrier details and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please visit the carrier's website and quote the tracking number on your confirmation email. Or you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0438 328 656.
HOW THE ORDER IS PROCESSED
All orders received Monday to Friday prior to 2pm ACST will be processed that day, or during busy periods (such as SALE days) the order may be processed the following day. Any order received Monday to Thursday, after 2pm, will be processed and dispatched the following day. Any order received on Friday, after 2pm or over the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on Monday. Our website product stock levels are adjusted daily and are fairly accurate, however in the unfortunate situation where you purchase a product that is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss options.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME-FRAME
As mentioned above, we will generally process your order within 24 hours of payment, however in unforeseen circumstances or during the weekend this could be up to 3 days. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 1-10 days, depending on the delivery service used and your location. As per the Australia Post Postage Guidelines, Standard Shipping estimates 3-10 Business days, and Express Shipping estimates 1-5 Business days.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Saddles Plus NT.
PICK UP FROM STORE
The Click and Collect option is 100% FREE of charge. Once the order has been placed, you can pick the order up from Saddles Plus NT in Bees Creek, Northern Territory, once you have been contacted your order is ready for collection.
FREE DELIVERY FOR CUSTOMERS WITH 50KM RADIUS OF BEES CREEK
This option is 100% FREE of charge. All orders received Monday to Friday prior to 12noon ACST can be delivered that same day to customers who whish to have their order delivered within a 50km radius of Bees Creek, NT, and have spent $50 or more. Orders received after 12noon Friday will either be delivered the following Monday or by arrangement over the weekend. If you need something urgently simply contact us and we'll do our best to make it happen. Saddles Plus NT will not be responsible for any damage or loss of goods once the delivery has taken place.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Saddles Plus NT handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
We offer a FREE 60-Day Returns Policy
If you wish to return your order within 60 days of the product being delivered, please contact us on 0438 328 656 or email email@example.com. In accordance with our FREE 60-Day Returns Policy, Saddles Plus NT will accept a return and pay the return shipping charges if your purchased goods:
- Are faulty or develop a fault within a reasonable period of time after purchase
- Are not fit for purpose (i.e. they don't do what the seller said they would do)
- Don't match the seller's description or sample
- Are of unacceptable quality, or
- Fail to meet other mandatory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note, consumer guarantees do not apply where the buyer changes their mind, finds the product cheaper elsewhere, decides they no longer want/need the product, or if the consumer has misused the product, causing or contributing to the failure of the product.
Where a return is requested outside of the guidelines above, Saddles Plus NT has the right to refuse the return, or offer return where the consumer pays return postage. All refunds will be completed once the goods have arrived, back in the hands of Saddles Plus NT.
